Even though Washos is committed to being eco-friendly, we want to be sure we provide the best treatment your car needs.  Depending on the condition of your vehicle, detailing it with water may be better.  We recommend a water-based wash whenever there is excessive mud or dirt, when it is back from a road trip, or if it has been sitting outside for considerable amount of time.

"What is best between a water-based and a waterless wash?"
Waterless supplies are premium car detailing products.  This new technology provides your car with a better shine and protection for your paint thanks to an efficient mix of compounds.  When using spotless water with soap, the result can appear to be the same, however the effect of the wash usually doesn't last as long and your car may get dirty faster.  Unless your car absolutely needs water, we advise choosing the waterless option.

"Do I need to provide my own water supply?"
Yes.  Our detailers are equipped to wash or detail your car as long as they have access to a water supply; although some may carry their own tank of water, you will most likely need to provide your own water source.  Please make sure you check city regulations to see if the use of your own water to wash your car is allowed.

"Are all of your detailers equipped to do water washes?"
Not all of our technicians are equipped to do water washes.  Indeed, most of our detailers are experts in the use of eco-friendly and waterless supplies, hence, we may have less availability for a water-based option.  If we are not available at your requested time for your desired wash, we will reach out to work things out!
