Can you service my car anywhere?

Our detailers are great—but unfortunately, they can’t squeeze a van between two tightly parked cars or teleport into restricted parking areas. To provide the best service, your vehicle needs to be easily accessible when the detailer arrives.

Please note that we do not service vehicles in public parking areas, such as grocery stores, strip malls, or other high-traffic public lots.

Ideal service locations include:

  • An outdoor parking spot with enough space to work around the vehicle
  • An indoor garage or parking structure, with proper authorization
  • A driveway in front of your home

If your vehicle is parked in an indoor garage or gated parking structure, you can note this during booking. Be sure to include any access details (such as gate codes or entry instructions) in the booking notes, and confirm that you’re authorized to have your vehicle serviced at that location.

Providing clear access details helps ensure a smooth, on-time service.
