You are about to enjoy the Washos experience.
But before, we want to make sure you know everything about how we operate:
Wash packages
Prices and wash packages are subject to change at the discretion of WASHOS; all such changes will be reflected on www.washos.com and via the iPhone App.
Payment terms
Bookings are charged upon completion of the services requested. Washos is a cashless service and may only process payment through a valid debit/credit card
Any Card Declined will lead Washos to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Washos will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.
Washos reserves the right to charge additionally or refuse servicing of any commercially large vehicles which includes Sprinters and other transit vehicles.
Late Cancellation & Reschedule
You can reschedule or cancel within 15 minutes after you place your booking, free of charge.
After 15 minutes fees apply as follows:
- $10 flat fee for same-day booking reschedule or cancellation.
- A fee of 50% of the booking value (after any applied promo codes) when rescheduled or canceled within 2 hours of the booking due.
- A full charge of the booking value (after any applied promo codes) will apply under the circumstances the vehicle is not present or accessible, 30 minutes past booking due.
- The booking value used to calculate cancellation or reschedule fees excludes credits or subscription payments applied to the booking.
By enrolling in a membership program, you acknowledge that you may be subject to various cancellation fees, which are outlined in the terms specific to your chosen plan.
Late Editing & Cancelation booking services
You can edit, cancel service and booking within 15 minutes after you place your booking service, free of charge.
After 15 minutes fees apply as follow:
- $10 flat fee for same-day booking service editing to lower price or cancellation.
- A fee of 50% of the booking value when editing to lower price or cancellation booking service within 2 hours of the booking due.
Membership
- Your membership is billed automatically each month or each year and starts on the day you sign up.
- The minimum membership period is 12 months, with a $59 early termination fee if canceled early. After 12 months, you can cancel without a fee.
- Membership fee is non-refundable.
- Members may pause their membership up to twice per calendar year. Each pause must last for a full 30-day period, and partial pauses or shorter durations are not permitted. Membership will automatically resume at the end of the 30-day pause period.
- Additional promo codes can’t be applied to the membership prices.
- Credits can be applied to the order but not the monthly/annual membership fee or cancellation fee.
- Bookings made through memberships are not eligible for loyalty program rewards.
WashOS Satisfaction & Damage Protection Guarantee
- Customer Concerns. Report any service issue within forty-eight (48) hours of completion; WashOS will work in good faith to resolve it.
- Service Duration. Booking times are estimates only. Properly finished work completed faster does not trigger refunds or credits.
- Damage Coverage. WashOS will pay documented repair costs for physical damage directly and solely caused by the service, up to US $5,000 per appointment. Claims above that amount must be pursued with the independent vendor.
- Repair Option. WashOS may either (i) arrange and pay for repairs through a vendor of its choice or (ii) reimburse reasonable repair costs; cash reimbursement is not guaranteed.
- Aggregate Cap. Total recovery from WashOS under this Guarantee is capped at US $5,000 across all incidents and remains subject to the general “Limitation of Liability” in Section 6.
- Exclusions. This Guarantee does not cover: (1) mechanical, electrical, or electronic components; (2) pre-existing, worn, or latent damage; (3) aftermarket wraps, modifications, electronics, or accessories(4) damage caused by weather or other force-majeure events; (5) work outside the scope specified by the customer at booking.
- Documentation & Claim Procedure. The customer must (1) submit the in-app/website claim form within 48 hours of service completion and (2) provide clear, date-stamped photos or comparable proof of vehicle condition before the service within the same 48-hour window. Missing either deadline voids the claim.
- Fraudulent Claims. Any false, misleading, or inflated claim voids this Guarantee and subjects the claimant to the penalties for false information already stated in these Terms of Use.
- Primary Insurance for Large Claims. For losses exceeding US $5,000, the customer must first seek recovery from the vendor’s insurance or the vendor directly before requesting additional relief from WashOS.
- No Consequential Damages. Only direct repair costs are covered. Loss of use, diminished value, rental fees, business interruption, or similar consequential damages are excluded, consistent with Section 6 limitations.
- Sole Remedy. The remedies in this Section are the customer’s exclusive remedy and WashOS’s entire liability for dissatisfaction or damage arising from a service.
Rain Checks
As far as weather, unfortunately, WASHOS can't control natural elements and for that reason they do not offer any rain checks. Users should be sure to check the weather, prior to booking.
Appointment time
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, detailers may arrive up to 15 minutes late.
You may cancel/reschedule any appointment free of charge if a Washos detailer is later than 30 minutes without prior notice.
Washos shall do its best to let users know about any delay of delivery. All personal items and physical trash should be removed from vehicle prior to servicing and up to discretion of assigned detailer to delay or cancel service on arrival.
Coupon & Referral Policy
From time to time, Washos may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Washos services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Washos (“Referral Link”) with your friends.
Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible.
To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Washos and use your Referral Link to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:
- self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
- referring anyone who is an existing Washos customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
- using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don't personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
- posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
- permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
- referring fake people to Washos, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Washos with false or misleading information;
- using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Washos in a negative light; or
- referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
- If Washos determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Washos reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Washos reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
