What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule a booking within 15 minutes of placing it at no charge. After that window, the following fees apply:

  • $10 flat fee for same-day cancellations or reschedules
  • 50% of the booking value (after any promo codes) if the booking is canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time
  • 100% of the booking value (after any promo codes) if the vehicle is not present or accessible within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time

Cancellation and reschedule fees are calculated based on the booking value and exclude any credits or subscription payments applied to the booking.
If you believe a fee was charged in error, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
