What is your availability?

Our service hours adjust seasonally based on daylight. Our network generally operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week. During the summer months, services can be booked as late as 6:30 PM, while in the winter, the latest available time is typically 4:30 PM due to earlier sunset.

All availability shown on our platform is real-time. If you see a time slot, it means a Washos detailer is available to take that booking. Once you book, the job goes through a brief dispatch process to allow the detailer time to accept. In most cases, we’re able to deliver service the same day.

In rare cases—most often with very short-notice bookings—we may be unable to service the request at the selected time. If that occurs, you’ll receive an automated email with a quick and easy option to reschedule.
