  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

Where to cancel


You manage everything from your account’s “My Membership” page.
Cancellation rules depend on plan type:

  • Monthly plan: If you cancel before completing 12 months, a $59 early termination fee applies.
  • Annual plan: No cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of your annual term.

Where to switch to a yearly subscription


To switch to annual billing, go to “My Membership” in your account and select the annual billing option (annual = 20% savings).
