How do I rate my detailer?

Rating your detailer helps us maintain high service standards and recognize great work. Your feedback goes directly to the detailer and also helps other customers know what to expect.

You can rate your detailer through the app or directly via text message after your service is completed.

How to rate your detailer in the app

  • Open the Washos app
  • Tap the menu icon (top left)
  • Select My Bookings
  • Open the completed booking
  • Use the stars to rate your detailer

How to rate via text message

After your booking is completed, you’ll receive a text message asking you to rate your detailer from 1–5.
Simply reply with the number that best reflects your experience — it’s that easy.
