How do I apply a promo code? Why can’t I apply the code?
In the Washos app:
Once you select your service and preferred date, you’ll be taken to the Appointment Summary screen. Scroll down to find the Promo Code field, enter your code, and apply it before completing your booking.
On the Washos website:
After selecting your service and appointment details, the Promo Code field appears above the payment information at checkout. Enter your code there before finalizing payment.
If the promo code is valid, the discount will be reflected in your total before you complete the booking.
Why can't I apply the code?
If you’re unable to apply a promo code, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
- The code has expired or is no longer active
- The code is valid only on a specific day of the week
- The code is valid only for specific services (e.g., washes vs. detailing or ceramic)
- The code is limited to new customers
- Only one promo code can be used per booking
- Promo codes cannot be combined with membership pricing
- Promo codes cannot be applied if you have more than $10 in Washos credits available
