How do I add a tip?
Tips are never required, but they’re always appreciated by the detailer who put in the time and care to get your vehicle back in top shape. If you’d like to tip, you can do so directly through the app or website, or email us at [email protected] after your appointment and we’ll gladly add it for you.
Most customers choose to tip 18%–20% of the service price, though any amount is appreciated.
How to rate and tip in the app
- Open the Washos app
- Tap the menu icon (top left)
- Select My Bookings
- Open the completed booking
- Use the stars to rate your technician and add a tip
You have up to 7 days after your service to leave a tip.
Not using the app? No problem.
If you booked on our website, simply email [email protected] with the booking details and tip amount, and our support team will take care of the rest.
