Do I need to be present before, during, or after the service?

Not necessarily. You’re welcome to be present, but it’s not required.

When the detailer arrives, they’ll contact you by text or phone. If you won’t be there at arrival, please make sure the vehicle is easy to locate by providing details such as the license plate, color, and model when booking.

Please also ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked if interior cleaning is included in your service.

You can leave any special instructions for the detailer in the booking notes to help things go smoothly.

We do strongly recommend checking your vehicle once the service is complete to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the results.
